Mentorship networkRéseau Entreprendre Maroc — Souss-Massa
Réseau Entreprendre Maroc is the local chapter of the international Réseau Entreprendre movement (founded in France in 1986, present in 11 countries). Souss-Massa has an active chapter that selects ~ 6–10 founders per year for a 24-month free coaching programme by volunteer CEOs, plus an honour loan to strengthen the founder’s personal equity.
What you get
- 24-month free coaching — monthly 1:1 with an experienced CEO mentor.
- Honour loan MAD 50 000 – 200 000 (zero interest, no guarantee, repayable over 5 years).
- Peer-to-peer accelerator sessions with cohort founders.
- Network access — Souss-Massa CEOs across all sectors.
- National & international community — alumni in 11 countries.
Who they back
- Ambitious founders with a credible growth project (target: 5+ jobs in 3 years).
- Project just launched or about to launch (creation, takeover, scale-up).
- Project located in Souss-Massa.
- Personal investment by founder.
How to apply
- Submit your project online via reseau-entreprendre.org/maroc.
- Pre-screening interview.
- 2–3 deep-dive interviews with chapter members.
- Selection committee.
- Programme kick-off.
The selection process is rigorous (~ 1 in 6 applicants accepted), but the value of the network and the honour loan’s leverage on bank credit is substantial.
Honour loan leverage
The honour loan is treated as personal equity by Moroccan banks. A MAD 100 000 honour loan typically unlocks an additional MAD 300 000 – 500 000 of bank credit (with Tamwilcom guarantee). This 3–5× leverage is the practical financial value of the programme.
